Hey there! I’m Mauri, a QA Engineering Manager passionate about building smart processes and high-performing teams.
I thrive in fast-paced environments where quality isn’t just a step – it’s embedded from day one. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional QA efforts in growing tech departments, turning chaos into clarity through automation, strategic testing, and a strong Shift-Left mindset. I’ve spent the last years working alongside devs, PMs, and designers to build workflows where quality is baked in, not patched on.
